Basketball Australia's CEO Anthony Moore on Tuesday said his team's reputation had "taken a hit" after the sport's world governing body FIBA said it would open disciplinary proceedings against Australia and the Philippines after their World Cup 2019 Asian qualifier descended into chaos.
