What a difference a game makes.

After being held scoreless in their second professional game in Lithuania, LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball combined for 60 in their third pro game on Monday.

Playing in an exhibition against Lietuvos-Rytas-2, LaMelo dropped a game-high 31 points while his older brother scored 29 as their Prienu Vytautas squad won with ease, 130-93.

It should be noted, however, that the game Monday was part of the Big Baller Brand Challenge, a series of five exhibition games against lesser competition set up by Ball patriarch LaVar Ball.

On Saturday, the brothers went a combined 0-for-7 from the field in limited playing time during a 95-86 loss to league foe BC Lietkabelis.

According to reports, LaMelo set the tone early with 13 points and eight assists in the first half. That included a series of highlight-reel plays and a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to end the half.

They are the younger brothers of Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball. LiAngelo was a freshman at UCLA when he and a pair of teammates were detained in China for allegedly shoplifting in November. Upon their return to the U.S., they were suspended by UCLA.

LaMelo is supposed to be a junior in high school but was pulled out of school because LaVar was reportedly upset with the school's choice for new basketball coach.

Shortly after LiAngelo was suspended by UCLA, LaVar instead got both sons professional contracts in Lithuania.
