The legendary K-Pop girl group 2NE1 held a sold-out, two-night show in Manila on November 16 and 17 at the Mall of Asia Arena as part of their 'Welcome Back' concert tour, presented by Live Nation. The tour is in celebration of their 15th anniversary.

Bom, CL, Dara, and Minzy were thrilled to be back in Manila and to perform together once again, marking their first performance here since 2014’s 'All or Nothing' tour.

Filipino Blackjacks came prepared, singing, shouting, and dancing their hearts out to classic hits like 'Fire,' 'I Am the Best,' 'Lonely,' 'Ugly,' and 'I Don’t Care.'

The OGs were undeniably on fire the whole time, but Park Bom missed a few songs on Day 1 and had to leave the stage due to a 'wardrobe malfunction.' The same thing happened on Day 2, but this time, CL explained that Bom wasn't feeling well since the first night of the concert. CL then encouraged the crowd to sing Bom's parts, and, of course, they happily obliged.

It was also a special homecoming for Sandara Park, who rose to fame in the Philippines when she became a finalist on the talent show Star Circle Quest in 2004. The 'Pambansang Krung Krung' (national goofball) became emotional on day one of the concert, as the Pinoy crowd sang 'Happy Birthday' to her.

Teary-eyed, Dara expressed her wish to stay with 2NE1 and their Blackjacks forever. Dara turned 40 years old on November 12.

To make their visit even more special for Filipinos, CL, Minzy, and Bom sang and danced Dara's song 'In Or Out,' and main dancers Dara and Minzy even performed the nation's girl group BINI's dance hit 'Pantropiko.' 2NE1's Day 1 concert coincided with the Day of BINI's Grand BINIverse concert.

When asked about their favorite local food, Minzy excitedly named sisig, while Bom confessed a love for gambas (prawns).

Other K-Pop royalty also paid tribute to 2NE1. In a video montage, artists like TWICE, Stray Kids, (G)I-DLE, and G-Dragon congratulated the group on their comeback tour, sharing how much they admired 2NE1.
