Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) held its annual drama awards, ending 2023 with an event that took place on December 30 at MBC Media Center Public Hall in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

The event's hosts were Kim Sung Joo andA Good Day to Be a Dog star Park Gyu Young who, through the 2023 MBC Drama Awards, took on her first hosting stint since her debut in 2016.

MBC celebrated several wins this year, especially with the two-parter K-drama My Dearest taking the top spot as the most buzzworthy drama for several weeks.
