Filipino organizations and solidarity groups, led by Bayan Europe, Gabriela, Migrante Europe and Friends of the Filipino People in Struggle, hold a protest march to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, on March 12, 2025.

Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested on March 11 by INTERPOL Manila, acting on an International Criminal Court warrant over his crimes against humanity.

Duterte is expected to arrive in Rotterdam onboard private jet RP-C5219 around Wednesday midnight.
