Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested on March 11 by INTERPOL Manila, acting on an International Criminal Court warrant over his crimes against humanity.
Duterte is expected to arrive in Rotterdam onboard private jet RP-C5219 around Wednesday midnight.
