Floranda said that drivers and their families remain unable to earn a living while their operations remain in limbo due to the lack of franchise renewals.

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) earlier claimed that 86% of transport groups have consolidated, but Dizon said only 43% were approved.
