Pinapa-audit ng isang komite ng kamara ang Energy Regulatory Commission para mabulgar kung sino ang dapat managot sa kawalan ng pagbusisi sa singil o rate reset ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines at Meralco. Samantala, lalo pang sumadsad ang presyo ng kuryente sa spot market, pero hindi pa sigurado kung kaya nitong pababain din ang paparating na bill ng Meralco at ng ibang electric cooperatives.
