MANILA — President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. has appointed singer Imelda Papin to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as an "acting member" of the Board of Directors.
MANILA — President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. has appointed singer Imelda Papin to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as an "acting member" of the Board of Directors.
Marcos himself administered Papin's oath as seen on a Presidential Communications Office's Facebook post.
Under its charter, the PCSO has five members who are appointed by the President and who are authorized to propose, subject to presidential approval, rules and regulations on lotteries and on horse races.
