DAVAO DEL NORTE- Authorities are still investigating the death of a banana plantation supervisor who was found with three gunshot wounds on Sunday morning.

The victim was identified as Miguelevy Gutierrez, 44, married and supervisor of a plantation owned by SUMIFRU.

Gutierrez, believed to have been shot on Saturday evening, was discovered inside the plantation located in Barangay San Roque, New Corella, Davao del Norte.

Police were able to recover the victim’s cellular phone. They already have a lead based on the information they found on his mobile phone.
