Si Mambucon ay isang Tigwahanon Manobo Lumad mula sa Sitio Opis, Namnam, San Fernando, Bukidnon. Nagtapos siya ng medisina kamakailan sa De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute sa Dasmariñas, Cavite.

“Ang mga negative na naririnig natin, gawin po nating inspirasyon kasi darating ang araw na ‘yung mga masasakit na salita nila hindi na natin babalikan na negatibo. Ipapakita talaga natin na may maaabot talaga tayo,” sinabi ni Mambucon sa ABS-CBN Teleradyo.
