Kung tutuusin, marami sa mga tambay ay ang mga na-endo, hindi nakapag-aral, o problemado sa taas ng presyo dulot ng TRAIN (Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion),” said Akbayan Youth communications officer Justine Balane in a statement.
