Josalee Deinla.

"SALNs filed in 1985, 89, 90, 91, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97 were recently recovered," ani Deinla sa isang text message.

"Ito ay ilalabas niya in due time in the proper forum," aniya sa panayam sa ANC.

"She did. In some of the years she just didn't have physical copies of the SALNs themselves but that doesn't mean that she did not file," ani Deinla.

"Marami namang iba't ibang porma ng evidence. It can be testimonies of persons who assisted her in the execution of these SALNs."

"It's only normal for people to lose copies of these documents. And under the law, no one is bound to keep a record of these documents for more than 10 years, especially not those people who are not tasked to serve as repository of these documents," ayon kay Deinla.

"There are grave and far-reaching implications. This will signal the erosion of the judiciary, judicial independence, and even effects on the legal profession...That will spell destruction of judicial independence," ani Deinla.
