Around 11,000 butane canisters that were illegally refilled inside the plant were confiscated through a search warrant issued by Judge Jerry Dicdican of Regional Trial Court Branch 25 against Jane Dela Cerna Reales who was not around when the operation was conducted.

Nine workers, including two minors, told officials that they were paid 12 centavos per refilled butane canister.
