In a new vlog, newlyweds Kristel Fulgar and Ha Suhyuk shared glimpses of their church wedding photo shoot last May 8 in Suwon, South Korea. Kristel titled her vlog with "My First & Forever: A Church Wedding to Remember," and took her followers through her last couple of days of singlehood.

Kristel, Suhyuk, and her family stayed at a traditional hanok house, located near the church, to make the preparations much easier. 

The then-bride-to-be gave her followers an idea of how weddings work in South Korea, sharing, "Ipapa-register namin ang marriage namin bago kami ikasal sa church. So, 'yun kasi 'yung sistema dito sa Korea. Pero sa Pilipinas, hindi na kailangan 'yung ganu'n. 'Pag dalawang Pilipino ang magpapakasal dito sa Korea, dapat sila ikasal sa embassy muna bago sa church. Pero dahil Korean siya, dapat rules nila, sa city hall nila." 

Although her requirements were complete, Kristel expressed her nervousness as they made their way to register their marriage, because one mistake could derail their wedding plans. Everything went well in the end, and all that was left was for them to make things more official at the church ceremony.

Excited but exhausted, that was how Kristel summed up her feelings as she was getting glammed up for their church wedding. "Sabi ko madali lang ito. Intimate wedding lang kaso ako gumawa lahat. Ako ang organizer," she laughed.

She was briefly distracted from vlogging when Suhyuk emerged from a room in his dark gray suit. "Ang pogi naman nu'n! Ang swerte naman nu'ng asawa nu'n," Kristel said in jest, admiring her groom. 

The bride was equally radiant, exuding sophistication in her intricate, short-sleeved ball gown, which she wore with low-heeled bridal shoes with bejeweled straps from a brand called Soda. 

Kristel also shared that she and Suhyuk used the "Forevermore" unisex perfume from her own brand, Kalmellow; that perfume variant was also their souvenir for their guests. 

As they were doing their photo shoot, Kristel and Suhyuk surprised Kristel's mom with a gift: a necklace and a pair of earrings!

As members of Iglesia Ni Cristo, Kristel and Suhyuk got married at the Locale of Ansan in South Korea. 

Kristel couldn't show photos from their actual church wedding, though, sharing, "As much as I would love to share moments from our church wedding, I am respectfully refraining from doing so in accordance with the guidelines set by the Church District Administrator. We sincerely appreciate your understanding." Instead, the newlywed couple just shared clips from their wedding photo shoot.
