More than a cardio favorite, running is also therapy on the move for Lindsay. In her interview with Health, she shared: “I’m not an outdoor runner but I love the treadmill.” Whether she’s speed-walking on an incline, jogging, or sprinting, she’s found this workout to be a personal escape.

The endorphin rush from running not only boosts her mood but also clears her mind and alleviates stress—a necessity for overall well-being. Plus, having the convenience of a treadmill at home allows her to fit workouts into her busy schedule.

She attends Pilates classes

Her mornings in Dubai include a mind-body workout Pilates. “I do anything that anyone else does in their daily life. I'm up with my son in the mornings, I do breakfast with him, go to my pilates, come home for lunch, and go to the park, the same things that any normal mom would do in their daily life,” Lindsay said on her chat with Flaunt.

Pilates not only keeps one’s body aligned and injury-free but also adds a sense of calm to the routine. After welcoming motherhood, this practice helped the actress to regain strength and enhance flexibility.

The star’s wellness philosophy extends to her kitchen where she takes joy in cooking as a way to connect with her health. She’s a fan of Italian classics like pasta, and Arabic dishes, particularly machboos, a chicken and vegetable dish. On occasion, she even whips up borscht soup—a nod to her versatile culinary skills.

Her secret to indulgence? Balance. “I try to focus on balance. I love cooking and looking at recipes, so that's something that helps me incorporate healthy foods,” she said, adding that she goes for a kids’ meal whenever she craves fast food. The actress also loves scrolling through the Instagram account @EatingHealthyToday for inspiration to keep her meals nutritious and creative.

Beauty sleep is real. Her lights-out routine at 9:30 p.m. ensures she gets the seven to eight hours her body craves. This commitment to rest helps her recharge and maintain the energy needed to juggle motherhood, fitness, and her thriving career.

Mental clarity is a piece to complete the wellness puzzle. With 10–15 minutes of breathing exercises and spiritual prayers, Lindsay resets her mind and reduces anxiety. Her method is uniquely her own—often meditating in the bathroom with the shower running, finding solace in the rhythmic sound of water.

During her interview on the U.S. talk show The View, she stated her devotion to spirituality, saying, “I love spirituality and it really drives me.” This practice is part of a broader spiritual commitment that Lindsay mapped out when she turned 30, setting a decade-long vision for what she wanted to achieve emotionally and spiritually.
