Katrina Llegado of Taguig was crowned Miss Supranational Philippines, while Gabriella Carballo of Cebu City bagged the Miss Eco International Philippines crown shortly after the MUPH 2025 finals at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on Friday, May 2.

As Miss Cosmo Philippines, Fernandez succeeds Ahtisa Manalo, who finished in the Top 10 of the inaugural edition of the pageant.
