Palm leaves for Ash Wednesday celebration
Fr. Jerry Habunal leads the burning of dried palm leaves outside the Divine Healer Parish in Tahanan Village, BF Homes in Paranaque City on Saturday. The ashes from the burnt leaves from the previous Palm Sunday celebration will be used during Ash Wednesday on February 14, marking the start of the 2024 lent season.
