MANILA - "It's Showtime" host Vice Ganda made a fashion statement on the ABS-CBN Ball 2019 red carpet as she sashayed in a Carnival Queen-inspired gown with over-sized puff sleeves, a long train, a heavily-embellished bodice and a golden crown.
