The Hawaii-based makeup vlogging guru and Instagram star arrived in the country Wednesday afternoon ahead of the 65th Miss Universe pageant set to happen next week. He has been tapped to host the red-carpet festivities with Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Venus Raj.
