<p>When Cavite’s popular restaurant, <strong>Josephine’s</strong>, quietly closed on New Year’s Day, we felt a pang. The Tagaytay dining spot had been serving its best selling bulalo, seafood dishes, pancit, and other specialties for 27 years along the ridge. Before that, Josephine’s was already an iconic restaurant first opened in Kawit, Cavite, that became famous for showcasing Cavite&#x27;s fantastic fresh seafood, with such classics as talaba and bouillabaisse selling like hotcakes. It was always a favorite place for families, with a space large enough to host wedding banquets, and frequented by nostalgic balikbayans longing for a taste of home.</p><div><br/></div><p>So it’s exciting to share the news that a new Filipino restaurant will be opening its doors very soon in the very same Tagaytay location formerly occupied by Josephine’s. <strong>Rosario</strong> promises to be a dining destination that will excite food enthusiasts, continuing Josephine’s legacy of serving traditional Filipino comfort food — this time from different regions of the
