And every summer, South Koreans celebrate this delicious match at the ChiMac Festival (or sometimes Chimaek). This year, the Chimac Festival is coming to Manila on September 7 at Solaire Resort Entertainment City.

1. Eat-all-you-can and free-flowing beer
Indulge in the ultimate feast with unlimited servings of mouthwatering Korean fried chicken paired with endless beer. On top of that, there will be a diverse array of authentic Korean dishes, from tteokbokki, kimbap, and kimchi to Korean-style sausage (sundae) or skewered fish cake soup, a popular street snack.

A Korean pancake station will cook up buchimgae with flavors like kimchi, potato, seafood, zucchini, or shiitake mushroom. There will also be a huge amount of Korean snacks like fried dumplings, sausage and rice cake skewers, and sweet and sour fried chicken balls. A Korean noodles station will let you choose from three types of noodles—guksu, glass or instant — with your choice of kimchi, sweet and sour or deep soy sauce. And a Korean hot station will serve up chicken skewers, herb marinated fresh pork belly (samgyupsal) skewers, bulgogi, and braised spicy pork ribs.
