If you wanted to eat at Little Bao in Hong Kong, you’d have to fall in line — often a very, very long line — just to get a chance to savor some of Chef May Chow’s amazing baos and sharing dishes in her tiny, tiny restaurant. Well, now you’ll have the chance to sample her iconic food in Manila because — trumpets please — Little Bao will be holding a pop up at Your Local in Manila on August 22 to 23 as part of its Asia Tour 2024.

For two nights, Litlte Bao's chef May Chow and her team will collab with Patrick Go of Your Local, with a menu that will be available until August 25.

Little Bao is an iconic and very tiny restaurant in Hong Kong opened in 2014 by Chef May Chow, who was recognized as Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2017. This is where she serves her her signature bao burgers and super-delicious sharing dishes. The menu is a quirky, contemporary interpretation of nostalgic Chinese cuisine, with much thought and care put into each dish. They also have some really good sharing dishes and wild craft cocktails.
