The 81st Venice Film Festival has officially kicked off, bringing together stars and directors from around the world to celebrate world-class films and showcase exceptional fashion on the red carpet. Each year, the festival attracts some of the biggest names in the industry, who turn the red carpet into a glamorous runway filled with haute couture, elegance, and bold statements. Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice opens this festival with cast members and guests making a grand entrance and setting a high standard for days to come.

The 81st Venice International Film Festival runs from August 28 to September 7, 2024

Check out some of the stars that stood out on the carpet!

Jenna Ortega in Christian Dior - Jenna gracefully walked the carpet wearing a flowy tulle backless gown and heart-shaped bodice. She accessorized it with subtle diamond and gold necklaces, bracelets, and earrings that complemented the gown without overshadowing it.

Taylor Russell in Chanel Spring 1993 - Taylor turned heads in a revamped ensemble from the house’s Spring /Summer 1993 collection, paired with Tiffany & Co. Jewelry. With its intricate embroidery, train, PVC bustier, and pouf, the gown combined playful elegance with a red carpet presence.

Cate Blanchet in Armani Privé - Cate, a frequent wearer of the brand, graced the carpet in a champagne-hued tiered dress lined with crystals. The dramatic hourglass silhouette radiates old Hollywood glamour, perfectly encapsulating her aura.

Winona Ryder in Chanel - Returning cast member from the film Beetlejuice, Winona walked into the premiere featuring a tailored jacket, and vest accessorized with a silk tie. Her ensemble was completed with a tulle skirt, showcasing her style of blending edgy and classy elements while maintaining a timeless appeal.

2. Izabel Goulart in Ermanno Scervino  - The model walked the carpet wearing a sophisticated black semi-sheer dress with a high slit adding a touch of sensuality. The dress featured subtle embellishments giving it a glamorous flair, complemented by a diamond-caged choker.

4. Amy Jackson in Alberta Ferretti  - Fresh from her wedding on the Amalfi Coast, Amy wore a semi-sheer gown from the Fall/Winter 2024 collection, featuring embellishments and an off-shoulder shawl. She accessorized it with a diamond necklace, balancing the look and making it a bold statement.
