Labubu plushies and bag charms have been all the rage lately that even celebs are seen sporting them! But what is a Labubu?

Originally depicted as a girl in the stories, Labubu's adventures have garnered a devoted following. In 2019, Kasing Lung partnered with toy company Pop Mart, paving the way for a series of collectible figures based on the character. These eagerly awaited Labubu figures were launched in October 2023, sold in blind boxes that add an exciting element of surprise for collectors. With her engaging personality and whimsical design, Labubu continues to enchant fans, seamlessly blending storytelling with the joy of collectible toys.

Now, Labubus are seen everywhere–even on the designer bags of our favorite local stars! Marian Rivera has become the face of Pop Mart collectibles, which includes her wide variety of Labubu figures and keychains. We’ve also seen Heart Evangelista, Ruffa Guitierrez, and Jinkee Pacquiao styling their designer bags with Labubus. We especially love how Ruffa and Jinkee attach their Labubus on their Birkin bags!

For those interested and have the inkling to buy this cute and lovable charm, Labubus come in various colors and series. Their regular colors are yellow, gray, light brown, purple, green, and pink, while the secret Labubus with red noses and an additional twinkle in their eyes come in the color brown. While the Labubus come in many series, the most popular ones are the Macaron and Have A Seat charms. They have also recently come out with a Halloween Party Series.
