Chelsea Manalo is the newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2024. Before being a beauty queen, the 24-year-old Bulakenya and Tourism graduate has established a career as a professional model.

The Filipino-American queen started modeling at 14, and has since appeared in fashion and beauty campaigns. She has also served as a muse for fashion designers and even graced the pages of Metro Magazine.

She has bagged campaigns for Bench and Avon, to name a few.

'As a woman of color, I have always faced challenges in my life. I was told that beauty has standards, actually,' she said in her answer at the question and answer portion. 'But for me, I have listened to always believe in my mother, to always believe in yourself, uphold the vows that you have.' Chelseas has been advocate for diversity and it shows throughout her work and persona.

'I have a strong support system. They made me realize that I am beautiful in my own extraordinary way,' Chelsea says win her Miss Universe profile video and proof that she is a true inspirational queen.
