When Yeng Constantino releases a new song, expect it to be paired with an equally iconic music video, which are always so creatively unique, each one telling a story as vivid as her songs themselves. From the stunning visuals to the quirky concepts and exciting cameo appearances, Yeng's music videos always live rent-free in our heads.

So, let's talk about them in this 'Guess the Song Challenge.' Yeng will be shown frames from her past music videos and will try to guess which song they're from. She'll also share some behind-the-scenes trivia along the way.

She paused for a moment at the first 'screengrab' but eventually guessed that it was from "Huwag Na," which many thought was an LGBTQ+ song, as she starred in the music video with ABS-CBN actress Helga Krapf. But according to Yeng, it’s actually about friendship. She wrote it for her best friend, Paul.

The second item was a no-brainer. Any 'Yengster' would easily recognize it as part of the music video for "Ikaw" because of the appearance of Yeng’s husband, Yan Asuncion. Asked how she feels that "Ikaw" has become a staple in weddings, anniversaries, or any occasion that celebrates romance, she said she feels  blessed and that she never thought she'd create such songs that would turn into classics—from “Hawak Kamay” to “Ikaw.”

Next up, we have a screenshot of Yeng in a jeepney with ex-“Pinoy Big Brother” housemate Ivan Dorschner. This one's from the music video for "Jeepney Love Story," which also featured a surprise cameo by Piolo Pascual at the end. Yeng shared that she managed to convince Piolo to join the music video as they were both in the same Bible study group at the time. She actually sang the whole song for him when she invited him. Piolo liked it, and that's how it happened. His cameo was short, though, since he was busy. But that was more than okay for Yeng. During the shoot, she told the production team to prioritize filming Piolo’s scene first because, as she says, "Wala siyang bayad... walang honorarium."

The game also featured a photo of Yeng in a school uniform, complete with nerdy glasses. This one’s from the music video for “Siguro.” Fun fact: she cast Ramon Bautista as the professor in the video because she was a huge fan of his YouTube show back then. And if you spot a "classmate" in a striped long-sleeved top in the video, that's actually Paul, the best friend she wrote "Huwag Na" for. Another trivia is that her short hair in this music video was inspired by the main character from the popular Korean drama “Coffee Prince.”

Next up, we’ve got a screenshot of Yeng with Enchong Dee, which brings us back to the "Chinito" era. The fun fact here is that Enchong was actually her ultimate crush, which is why she chose him as her leading man. But, because she was so intimidated by her crush, she couldn’t approach him directly to invite him to be in the music video. So instead, she went through his handler, and just prayed he'd say yes, especially considering the minimal talent fee.

"No'ng nag-yes siya, grabe 'yung sigaw ko parang naging Miss Universe ako," she said, laughing. "No'ng nagsho-shoot kami, ito na 'yung part na mahahawakan ako ni Enchong, dahil kilig na kilig ako, sumigaw ako sa C.R. para malabas ko 'yung kilig ko. Hindi ko alam na 'yung C.R. medyo mataas 'yung gap, so rinig na rinig din ako sa labas. Narinig ako ni Enchong, so wala na akong dangal," she narrated. Now they're good friends and business partners.

Yeng's latest single is "Babala," for which she's already released a music video. Here’s a fun detail: her look there was inspired by the ‘landlady’ character from the comedy-martial arts film "Kung Fu Hustle."

So next time you watch one of Yeng's music videos, remember, there’s always a fun story behind every frame!
