Day 21 in "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" was a rollercoaster of emotions—tears flowed as the housemates bid farewell to the season’s first evictees, while excitement filled the air as a new houseguest stepped in.

As the housemates continued their weekly task of running a mini paresan called 'Pinoy Big Pares' inside the house—where they took dine-in and takeout orders from customers outside—they finally got to hear feedback from their buyers. Ralph de Leon and Michael Sager were given the task of reading out the reviews, which were all positive.

Hyped up by the rave reviews, the housemates worked even harder to serve delicious food while also entertaining the long lines outside by putting on lighthearted banter, which customers could watch on a monitor. All their efforts and strategies combined definitely worked as they completely sold out on their first day of operations. Task leaders Dustin Yu and Esnyr proudly announced that they hit 264 orders, exceeding their target of 175.

On the second day of Pinoy Big Pares, orders started pouring in non-stop. But along with the rush came a few unexpected challenges. At one point, the housemates suddenly ran low on ingredients, right when the line outside Bahay Ni Kuya was getting longer. Good thing Dustin’s experience as a restaurant owner helped him handle the mini-crisis.

Of course, this was a full-on team effort. From the first bowl served to the very last, the housemates worked together and hustled non-stop to make sure every order was fulfilled. In the end, the housemates won their weekly task.

Their weekly task of selling pares brought back memories for housemate Klarisse de Guzman, reminding her of the time she helped her parents run their own paresan. No wonder she knows her way around the kitchen; ‘pares’ was literally part of her life growing up as it was once her family’s main livelihood.

Klarisse took the lead in cooking as she felt like it was her role as the eldest housemate. Plus, she had the skills to back it up, thanks to her dad, who used to work as a cook on a ship. Talking to Kuya in the confession room, Klarisse revealed that her dad had to stop working when he was diagnosed with diabetes, and even his passion for cooking took a backseat due to the complications that came with his illness.

Sweet and comforting—just like ‘pares’—that’s how Kuya’s surprise felt for Kapuso housemate Ashley Ortega, who received a letter from her mom, with whom she had been estranged for years. In previous episodes, Ashley shared that she and her mom barely spoke due to past conflicts. But just like any good recipe, relationships need a sprinkle of forgiveness and openness to become even better. Tears flowed as Ashley read her mom’s letter, which was filled with love and forgiveness. "Nagpapasalamat ako na hindi na siya galit sa akin," she said in between sobs, hoping that she’ll finally get to see her mom again once she leaves the PBB house, unaware that her return to the outside world would come sooner than she expected.

Emotions ran high during the first eviction night as the housemates braced themselves for the results. For a week, the public had been voting on which nominated Kapamilya-Kapuso tandem deserve to stay in Bahay Ni Kuya. The nominated duos were Ralph and Michael, Ashley and AC Bonifacio, and River Joseph and Will Ashley.

Tension filled the room as the results were revealed. Michael and Ralph were the first to be declared safe, leaving WilVer and ACLey in the eviction room for the final announcement.

Host Bianca Gonzalez then broke the news that AC and Ashley had just been evicted, which meant River and Will were safe. The announcement hit hard, especially for AC, who couldn’t hold back her emotions.

The vote tally showed Michael and Ralph leading with 45.89%, followed by Will and River with 36.87%, while AC and Ashley trailed behind with just 17.25%.

But just as one chapter closed, another one opened. Right after AC and Ashley stepped out of Bahay Ni Kuya, a new houseguest entered, and it was none other than Kapuso actress and beauty queen Michelle Dee.

The surprises don’t stop there! It was also announced that on Sunday, March 30, two new housemates—one Kapamilya and one Kapuso—will be joining the competition. Who could they be? Plus, what special task awaits Michelle inside the PBB house?
