MANILA -- (UPDATED)  The Nation's Girl Group BINI composed of Aiah, Colet, Gwen, Jhoanna, Maloi, Mikha, Sheena, and Stacey, remain solid Kapamilyas, as the 8-member group inked a contract with ABS-CBN on Tuesday afternoon.

"Kinakabahan, natutuwa and sobrang grateful lang kami for this day. This contract signing is not just a milestone, it's a promise that palagi naming gagalingan. We will continue working hard and grow as artists. Thank you so much ABS-CBN dahil kasama namin sila sa mga susunod naming taon sa pagtupad nang mas marami pa naming pangarap," Jhoanna said before BINI officially signed the contract with ABS-CBN.

Present at the contract signing were ABS-CBN executives led by chairman Mark L. Lopez, ABS-CBN president and CEO Carlo L. Katigbak, COO of Broadcast Cory V. Vidanes, and ABS-CBN head of TV Production and Star Magic head Laurenti Dyogi.

"Congratulations and thank you very much. Thank you for your continued trust in ABS-CBN. You trusted us from the day each of you auditioned for BINI until today that we signed our new contract," said an emotional Vidanes.

"This contract is very important to all of you and to all of us because this is a commitment to our shared goal of world-class excellence. Congratulations on all your successes. We are very proud of who you have become and all that you have achieved. You have proven to be amazing, authentic and empowered women with excellent talent and big hearts that are filled with love to share to everybody. BINI, you are very special and you have become a part of Pinoy culture. You have won the hearts of millions of Filipinos worldwide. You rightfully deserve to be called our Nation's Girl Group and the pride of Filipinos," she added.

Vidanes also shared the network's commitment to take care of all the BINI members.

"To be here to hold your hands, to guide you, to support you, maasahan niyo 'yan. To your parents and your families, thank you for trusting us through the years with your girls. Salamat," she said.

After signing the contract, BINI turned emotional, as the members thanked ABS-CBN, family and their fans.

"Thank you because you are the very first ones who believed in us when we were still in our teenage years. Mostly sa amin away from our family and friends and it was really hard for us. We trusted you po and thank you so much for trusting us as well. We are going to keep trusting you until we are on our 30s or how many years to come. ... Thank you so much because you allowed us to be us," Aiah said.

In the ceremonial signing,  BINI was surprised with video greetings from their fans, or Blooms, from all over the world.

"Kita niyo naman na-appreciate namin 'yung ginagawa niyo 'di ba? Sobrang nakakatuwa lang kasi never naming in-expect na may mga Blooms na makakapansin sa mga bagay na hindi namin in-expect na mapapansin nila na they really show genuine care sa amin. To have you guys in this journey of us -- we would just like to say thank you Blooms," says Mikha.

"Aside from our Blooms, gusto rin namin na mag-thank you sa families namin na nandito kasama namin. Thank you. Alam niyo ba Blooms dito rin kami unang nag-evaluation? Dito kami nag-perform. Parang wala lang bumabalik ang memories and kasama namin ang families namin. Thank you po. Thank you for keeping as grounded kasi sobrang overwhelming ang mga nangyari, especially last year na nag-iba ang takbo and thank you for guiding us na maging humble palagi," Jhoanna said.

For BINI Sheena, apart from their family and fans, she thanked God for everything and all the blessings.

Stacey also expressed her 'thank yous' to all the fans.

"Grabe din kasi 'yung journey naming BINI, 'yung talagang pinaghirapan namin kung nasaan kami ngayon. Grabe, kasi lahat kami ‘yung nakikita niyong walo rito, nag-audition talaga kami, pinilihan namin kung nasaan kami ngayon. Super thank you sa mga nagtiwala sa amin. …’Yung mga pangarap namin na mina-manifest namin before unti-unti na siyang natutupad. Thank you so much for the blessing and -- walo hanggang dulo," Stacey said.

Gwen thanked Team BINI from their glam team, their coaches to their managers.

For Maloi, she still can't believe that there are people who can give love like what they get from their fans.

"Hindi namin kayo kilala isa-isa, ‘di namin kayo nakakausap, nahahawakan, nayayakap pero y’ung pagmamahal na ibinibigay niyo sa kahit anong way, nararamdaman namin. Maraming-maraming salamat Blooms," said Maloi who stressed that Blooms are the BINI members' source of inspiration. 

"Gusto ko lang magpasalamat sa BINI -- thank you for this life, thank you for giving me life. Thank you for being part of my life. And let's live this life happily kahit marami tayong pagdadaanan. Alam ko na itong buhay na ito, ito ang ikukuwento natin sa lahat. Thank you so much," Maloi added.

Colet tried not to turn emotional thanking her fellow BINI members.

The grand contract signing was held less than two weeks before the Philippine leg of its much-awaited BINIverse World Tour 2025, which kicks off at the Philippine Arena later this month.

Last year, BINI achieved numerous recognitions including Voices of Asia Award at Billboard Korea's "Billboard K POWER 100" held in Seoul, to being the cover of the anniversary issue of Billboard Philippines.

In June 2024, the group also successfully held their "BINIverse" concert series at the New Frontier Theater.

Just months later in November,  the group held the three-night sold-out "Grand BINIverse" concert at the Araneta Coliseum.

Officially launched in June 2021 with their debut single "Born To Win,"  the group composed of Aiah, Colet, Gwen, Jhoanna, Maloi, Mikha, Sheena, and Stacey has captured the music industry with their hit tracks like "Born To Win," "Karera," "Salamin, Salamin," "Pantropiko," and many more.
