AC Bonifacio admitted she is still adjusting to life in the outside world a week after stepping outside of the Pinoy Big Brother house.

"Processing pa rin po. There are some things na medyo nafo-FOMO like we miss the house, we miss the housemates, and there are times na when I wake up and I feel like kailangan ko maglagay ng lapel or my name tag," she shared in an interview with Boy Abunda.

When asked about the first thing that she did after exiting the PBB house, AC replied: "When I was officially in the outside world, outside of the PBB house, I held my mom. I gave my mom the biggest hug. She's the first person I saw sa labas po talaga and we just talked."

The reunion was filled with meaningful conversation, as the mother and daughter caught up on everything. "We caught up with each other. Lahat po ng nangyari the second that I wasn't with her and up to the point that I got to see her again, pinag-usapan po namin lahat ng detalye."

Having now experienced the reality show firsthand, AC confessed that her perspective about the show has changed.

"As a casual viewer of PBB you really do think the comments on what the people are thinking now na parang ang OA naman, bakit sila iyak ng iyak. Now that I'm in it, I understand. Everything is heightened there. Everything that you feel, your emotions are so much higher than what it actually looks like," she relayed.

On the biggest lesson she learned from being a housemate, AC relayed: "Kuya was always saying to us that our mistakes will not define us."

In a previous interview with ABS-CBN News, AC further shared the many learnings she gained from the show including the essence of listening.

"PBB really humbled me, it taught me na I'm allowed to just sit and listen," she stated. "Kasi parang na-distract po ako in this world na sobrang busy and sobrang noisy. I felt like I always needed to have something to say, I needed to stand up for myself. I needed to be always just be there."

"Pero na-realize ko po talaga na I can just sit, listen and learn. I need to understand what's going on first before I take action."
