The Philippine National Police (PNP), the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the PNP Officers Ladies Club (PNP-OLC) Foundation partnered with former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson to produce this movie that aims to show the real people and lives behind the uniforms -- the ones who run toward danger when everyone else is running away.

On Tuesday, Olinares or Direk JR signed the memorandum of agreement with Singson who was joined by his daughter Stephanie and son Christian who is one of the actors in the movie. Direk JR will take the director's chair and the supervising producer's hat.

The Department of Interior and Local Government already expressed the its support for the project. Fifteen percent of the movie's earnings will go directly to support the projects and initiatives of PNP OLC Foundation.

Meanwhile, fresh from the blockbuster success of "My Love Will Make You Disappear," Escudero said that he feels grateful to be part of the successful movie starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino.

“Nagkaproblema kami sa haircut. As per our last conversation sa manager ni JC, hindi na raw siya pwede magpa-haircut. Ang strict ng PNP sa buhok. Nag-clarify din 'yung manager ni JC na hindi na kami pwede dahil sa haircut,” he said.
