ABS-CBN's Primetime King Coco Martin was lauded with three awards at the 2025 Inding-Indie Film Festival.

This award-giving body celebrates the successes of the men and women whose roots began in indie filmmaking, as well as allies and supporters of the industry.

The Pinakapaboritong Artista ng Masang Pilipino award was given to Martin by festival founder Direk Ron Sapinoso and co-founder Ryan Manuel Favis.

His primetime action drama series "Batang Quiapo" also won the People's Choice Award and Best TV Program.

In addition, Martin's dishwashing liquid business was also recognized.

In his acceptance speech, the actor said: "Parang nagbabalik-tanaw ako kasi sa Inding-Indie Film Festival, diyan po ako nagsimula.

Martin took the opportunity to ask government officials, especially those who were active before in the entertainment industry, to find ways to help support the industry, especially those who make indie films.

Martin also encouraged young aspiring actors to continue with their dream in hopes of being the next big screen actor in the industry.

Other awardees include Charo Santos (Bayani ng Pinilakang Tabing), Christopher de Leon (Excellence Award), former child actor Jiro Manio (Natatanging Aktor ng Bansa), and ABS-CBN News entertainment journalist MJ Felipe (Best TV Media Personality).

Also recognized were PJ Abellana (Bayani ng Pinilakang Tabing) and Victor Silayan (Excellence Award).
