In the spirit of the summer-themed party vibes of their latest single "Divine" music video, BGYO revealed their dream summer getaway during the media conference of their Extended Play (EP) showcase.

During their EP showcase, the group's leader, Gelo, expressed his desire to experience the famous beaches of Palawan for his ideal vacation destination.

“Di ko pa nata-try. Parang gusto ko na mag Palawan,” Gelo shared.

Akira also shared that he would love to chill and relax in Palawan, enjoying the peaceful vibes of the place: “Mag Palawan tapos magtatampisaw lang ako sa dagat para ma-relax ang katawan.”

Nate, meanwhile, shared that any island would do, as long as he's with his BGYO brothers.

“Basta island with us together.” he expressed.

Mikki agreed with the idea, noting that, similar to their recent music video, it’s also a dream scenario for them.

"Pero nagawa na namin sa music video, pero I think yung music video ng 'Divine' ayun talaga ang summer getaway na dini-dream namin,” Mikki added.

JL also shared that he’d love to have a full-on, fun beach party with lots of people: “Ganong klase, ganon din karami (gaya sa Divine music video).”

In "Divine" and throughout their EP, the Filipino boy group worked with some international creatives, including Grammy nominee Tele, adding a global touch to their music.

Nate shared how they have learned a lot from working with them: "We're with our international producers and songwriters, and us being in music songwriting camps, we've learned to be hands-on and to share what we're thinking. Not to be afraid about the vision or what we want. Just to be open."

In a previous BGYO interview for Bianca Gonzalez’s talk show BRGY, the boys shared that their favorite song was "Trash," which they released in 2024 and also part of the EP. However, now, they find it hard to choose just one favorite from their collection.

"I think, ano, may iba-ibang, iba-iba kada araw. Iba-iba kada araw or every week, nag-iba yung top one namin,” Mikki admitted.

Nate resonated with this, adding that it all depends on the mood and the moment: "Yeah. Based on the mood. May mga songs na for the shower, ganun. Lahat na, for the car. We love it all. Sorry, it's hard to choose."

In addition to delivering show-stopping performances during their recent EP showcase, BGYO also revealed that their highly anticipated EP Digipack will be available soon.

This special edition set features a physical CD, a 32-page booklet, a group poster, a sticker pack, and two out of seven random photocards. Fans can pre-order the Digipack online through store.abs-cbn.com.
