P-pop boy group  Alamat released Tuesday the music video for the song "Dayang," starring a pair of exes from "It's Showtime."
The track was initially unveiled as part of the group's second album "IsaPuso" which was released last November and featured the singles "Day and Night" and "Dagundong."
In the music video, former couple Kyosu Guinto and Jaja Disuangco make appearances in between shots of Alamat members dancing to their choreography.
Kyosu and Jaja went viral in December after participating in the "It's Showtime" segment "EXpecially For You," where contestants seek the help of a former partner in finding a new romantic interest. Their warm interactions and eventual confession of lingering affection for each other made them a trending topic on social media.
Sung in Filipino mixed with Tausug lyrics, the fan favorite "Dayang" is about finding love again after experiencing heartbreak.

Alamat also released a 3-track single album of "Dayang" on Wednesday, which features the upbeat and festive original version, as well as new R&B and acoustic renditions of the song.
The "Maharani" singers recently celebrated their thurd debut anniversary by holding six back-to-back shows over two days on March 15-16.
Originally a nine-member group, the band now consists of Taneo, Mo, Jao, Tomás, R-Ji and Alas. Alamat sets itself apart by singing in various  local languages, including Tagalog, Ilocano, Kapampangan, and Cebuano, among others.
