MANILA -- Filipino classical singer and “Asia’s Got Talent” finalist Gerphil Flores changed her hair color just days before her 27th birthday.

Flores debuted her new look on Sunday with a post on Instagram.

"Guys, don't panic, IT'S STILL ME. Everything is the same EXCEPT the hair color and hairstyle," wrote Flores, who will turn 27 on September 29.

Flores shared that she has always been indecisive when it comes to her hairstyle.

Before joining "Asia's Got Talent," she said she wanted to copy Audrey Hepburn's hairstyle, which explains why she opted to have bangs.

"After 'AGT,' I wanted to cut my hair short. Now, I wanted to change the color... not because I love Khaleesi but because... OK, I love Khaleesi," she said, referring to referring to Daenerys Targaryen, a character on the series "Game of Thrones," who has blonde hair.

Flores also said one's hairstyle does not define a person.

"Your hairstyle does not define your character and people shouldn't remember you for one particular hairdo. They should remember you by face (with or without makeup)," she wrote.

Flores is currently studying in Canada after graduating from the University of the Philippines Diliman last year.
