MANILA -- "Kadenang Ginto" stars Francine Diaz and Kyle Echarri did not hide their excitement for the ABS-CBN Ball 2019, as the teen pair shared sweet snaps on social media.

Echarri posted a candid photo of him and Diaz taken during a ball scene for the top-rating afternoon drama.

"Tonight will be the firsts of many things & I am excited coz I got you to share it with," the young actor wrote on the caption.

"Back then I was at awe at how beautiful you looked. Tonight, I can’t wait to be mesmerized. See you later Chinny!" he said.

Echarri's mom, Marie, posted a photo of the two teens tightly hugging each other before donning their ball ensembles.

"The hug of excitement," Mrs. Echarri said.

"Mah babies, we are excited for you too... I can’t contain my emotions. I am a happy Mama," she said.

The teen actor earlier serenaded his onscreen partner when he asked her to be his date to one of the Philippine entertainment industry's largest red carpet events.
