MANILA -- Kapamilya teen star Francine Diaz will be walking down the red carpet of the ABS-CBN Ball 2019 with her "Kadenang Ginto" co-star Kyle Echarri.

From Quezon City, Echarri went to Cavite to formally invite Diaz to be his date to the ball.

Videos and photos of the actor's sweet proposal to Diaz were uploaded on social media.

Aside from serenading Diaz, Echarri also gave his love team partner a bouquet of flowers.

The ABS-CBN Ball, which is for the benefit of Bantay Bata 163, will happen on September 14.
