MANILA -- Actress Nikki Valdez on Wednesday admitted that she is still in the process of healing after she and her husband Luis Garcia lost their "embaby" last year.

Appearing on "Magandang Buhay," Valdez stressed that she has no regrets over her decision to try to have another baby,

"May times pa rin na I keep thinking to myself na sabi ko dabat ba ginawa namin 'yon or dapat ba hindi na lang. In-enjoy na lang namin kung ano ang mayroon kami because as everyone knows I am very blessed to have Luis in my life as may partner in raising Olivia whom he considers his from the very beginning," Valdez said.

"Ngayon na sa journey pa rin ako ng trying to pray for kung ano talaga ang path na gusto ni Lord na matahak ko. Let's say ito ang gusto ko pero hindi naman 'yon ang purpose Niya for me, then so be it. Nasa healing stage pa ako. There's so many days na feeling ko hindi ko lang pinapansin. Pero no regrets at least sinubukan namin. Pero I pray for the total healing of my heart. At kung talagang si Olivia lang ang regalo sa amin ni Lord, I will accept it and I will forever and take care of Olivia, I mean kami ni Luis," Valdez added.

It was last December when the actress confirmed that she lost her "embaby" via a message she wrote for her husband as they marked their 7th anniversary as a couple.

Valdez and Garcia tied the knot in Hong Kong in August 2018.

MANILA -- British-Norwegian boy band A1 returned to the Philippines for their much-anticipated “A1 Valentine’s Tour,” serenading Filipino fans with a nostalgic night of hits and heartfelt performances at the New Frontier Center in Quezon City.

The veteran band held a 2-day performance, featuring Ben Adams, Christian Ingebrigtsen, Mark Read, and Paul Marazzi, who delighted the crowd with a 19-song setlist.

The night kicked off with their opening song “Heaven by Your Side,” setting a romantic tone perfect for the Valentine's occasion.

The group also performed fan-favorite hits such as “Everytime,” “Like a Rose,” and “Forever in Love,” bringing back memories for longtime supporters.

The concert was a dream come true for fans who have followed A1 since their rise to fame in the late ’90s and early 2000s.

“I’m a ’90s baby, kaya naman gustong-gusto ko talaga 'yung A1. Talagang inabangan ko itong araw na ito para makapunta sa Valentine’s concert nila,” a fan named Maria Socorro La Luna said.

Meanwhile, younger fans were also eager to witness the iconic group live.

Marc Angelo Mallari, 24, shared his reason for attending: “I’m pretty sure I’m the only person in my circle watching this. I’m here because I want to expand my music discography and knowledge. This is just one of my attempts to widen my appreciation for music.”

The band’s music has also transcended generations, with 64-year-old Josephine Osorio traveling all the way from Bulacan to Quezon City just to see them live.

“Simula pa noong mga bata pa sila, sila na talaga ang pinakikinggan ko. Ilang beses na silang bumalik dito, talagang eager akong makita sila,” she shared.

“Timeless talaga ang music ng A1. Kita mo naman, 64 na ako pero nandito ako para manood. Bulacan pa ako, dinayo ko talaga sila," she added.

This visit marks A1’s latest stop in the country, following their “Twenty Five” concert tour in 2023. The Philippines has long been a special place for the group, having also performed in Manila in 2018.
