As an obsessed zombie movie fan, I am proud that we have a film like Block Z. A thrilling and bloody good time. It's also pretty well-acted with a game cast who we are used to seeing in dramas. Here they are pretty bad-ass. Hoping for more Star Cinema films like this.

BLOCK Z (2020). It has what the usual zombie movie have: thrilling chase scenes, gore, twists and drama but packaged in a very Filipino setting. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth. #BlockZPremiere

#BlockZ is a visceral experience all throughout. Direk @MikhailRed proves once again how masterful he is with building tension within a scene and stacking one moment on top of the other. A step in the right direction for genre films in our country and it is worth checking out.

#BlockZ is a solid zombie movie. Watching it made me realize just how far Philippine cinema has come. Thrilling and exciting, it’s a strong start to what I hope could become a full franchise
