MANILA - Anne Curtis fights for her life in the latest trailer for the action film "Buy Bust", where she portrays a drug enforcement operative trapped inside enemy territory.

The two-minute preview for the Erik Matti film is narrated by Chel Diokno, with words by German dramatist Bertolt Brecht translated into Filipino by Pete Lacaba.

The trailer provides an extended look at the brutal brawls and gun fights seen in earlier teasers, as well as the neon lights-filled and drenched slums of Manila, where the standoff is set.

A release date was also announced along with the trailer release: February 28. This is more than year after pre-production started on the film, which is billed as "the toughest shoot in Philippine cinema."

Co-produced by Reality Entertainment and Viva Films, "Buy Bust" also stars Brandon Vera, Victor Neri, and Nonie Buencamino.
