MANILA -- Cassy and Mavy Legaspi turned 20 on Wednesday, January 6, and their parents, celebrity couple Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi took to social media to share their birthday greetings for their children.
Posting a clip of the twins' birthday salubong, Villarroel shared her message to their "super twins."

MANILA -- British-Norwegian boy band A1 returned to the Philippines for their much-anticipated “A1 Valentine’s Tour,” serenading Filipino fans with a nostalgic night of hits and heartfelt performances at the New Frontier Center in Quezon City.

The veteran band held a 2-day performance, featuring Ben Adams, Christian Ingebrigtsen, Mark Read, and Paul Marazzi, who delighted the crowd with a 19-song setlist.

The concert was a dream come true for fans who have followed A1 since their rise to fame in the late ’90s and early 2000s.

Marc Angelo Mallari, 24, shared his reason for attending: “I’m pretty sure I’m the only person in my circle watching this. I’m here because I want to expand my music discography and knowledge. This is just one of my attempts to widen my appreciation for music.”

The band’s music has also transcended generations, with 64-year-old Josephine Osorio traveling all the way from Bulacan to Quezon City just to see them live.

This visit marks A1’s latest stop in the country, following their “Twenty Five” concert tour in 2023. The Philippines has long been a special place for the group, having also performed in Manila in 2018.
