In contrast to her scarred persona in Dirty Linen, Janine’s look on TV Patrol was a breath of fresh air to those who’ve been following her on primetime. She was in her real perky self as she read the news about local and international artists.

One of the most anticipated moments for every guest Star Patroller is her happy talk with the anchors. And to add fun to the banter, Janine taught Noli De Castro, Bernadette Sembrano, Karen Davila, and Henry Omaga-Diaz the so-called “mata-mata” school of acting, which the Dirty Linen cast members are known for. It’s about acting or expressing emotions just through the eyes.

Janine’s exuberance was so contagious that she unleashed the veteran anchors’ wacky sides!

Although weatherman Ariel Rojas wasn’t able to showcase his “mata-mata” acting while reading his spiels, he sure had fun posing with the trending actress and his co-anchors for the photo op.
