SnoRene looks so cute when jealous!

Part of what fans love about Snoop (Anthony Jennings) and Irene (Maris Racal) is their natural humor. It turns out that they’re even funnier when jealous.

Check out their comical jealous moments via this Friday 5 video from “Can’t Buy Me Love.”

Sadness was in the air when Irene finished her stint at Aunt Cathy (Celeste Legaspi)’s restaurant in Binondo and was then reassigned to a warehouse in Bulacan. Well, the heart wants what it wants. Snoop would find a way to catch even a glimpse of Irene, traveling from Binondo to Bulacan, prepared to walk if he needed to, just to see her.

As he discreetly peeped behind a stack of boxes, he caught sight of Irene sharing what he called a ‘K-Drama’ moment with the handsome warehouse manager Aldrich (Jake Ejercito), who rescued Irene from a potential accident when a worker passed by carrying a pipe on his shoulder.

Snoop’s jealousy is further triggered in the next scene as Irene cries out her frustration to Aldrich and asks for a hug to make her feel better. Aldrich then led her to a secluded area so she could cry without the prying eyes of their workers.

Snoop being hired by Aunt Cathy as a hardware assistant and driver was both a blessing and a curse. He sees Irene every day, but it also means witnessing her sweet moments with Aldrich, who obviously liked her since day one. Meanwhile, although Irene acted annoyed upon learning about Snoop’s employment, she was relieved to have him around; we could tell by her subtle smile when she turned away from them.

Unfortunately, Snoop was hired along with his neighbor and childhood friend Dara (Vivoree Esclito) and their natural closeness would embitter Irene.

Love is a funny thing. One day, you’ll be annoyed with a person’s presence. The next, you can’t stop thinking about them. Irene was scared to admit that she was jealous of Dara and Snoop's friendship, so embittered that she assumed them leaving work at the same time meant they were on a date.

In the following scene, she tried to eavesdrop on their conversation and then put on a ‘pabebe’ act when Aldrich arrived, hoping to provoke Snoop’s jealousy. But her efforts fell flat, and instead of achieving her desired effect, she ended up being the one throwing hate as she witnessed Snoop and Dara’s light-hearted moment.
