Dubbed as The Arton, the three residential towers will rise in a few years time, beginning with its West tower.

Vienn Tionglico-Guzman, project director of The Arton said this is Rockwell's first project in Quezon City and added that the new development, which is located near Ateneo de Manila, UP Diliman, Miriam College and other commercial establishments, makes it perfect for young professionals, students and families.

The Arton will be having three pools, a Fiba sized basketball court, and a running path. For students, The Arton will have co-lab spaces in their lobbies where they can study together.

Rockwell said 80 percent of The Arton's 2-hectare site will be dedicated to open spaces while only 20 percent will be for building footprint.
