MANILA - Megaworld on Thursday said its subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts Inc (GERI) launched the fourth residential condominium in its 1,200-hectare development Twin Lakes in Batangas, which is expected to generate P900 million in sales.

Twin Lakes Countrywoods, the 8-storey resort type condominium tower, will house 129 units with their own balcony, Megaworld told the stock exchange.

Amenities include swimming pool, kiddie pool, pool bar and viewing deck, cabanas with grilling area, basketball court, outdoor playground and function rooms, among others, the real estate firm said.

"Twin Lakes Countrywoods will stand on a hill ridge of Twin Lakes that offers a breathtaking panorama of Tagaytay's natural green landscape overlooking the world-renowned Taal Lake and Volcano," said Megaworld Global-Estate Inc head of sales and marketing Glenn Heraldo.

Twin Lakes Countrywoods is expected to be completed by 2024, it said. GERI also opened Twin Lakes Hotel in the development last year, which is managed by Megaworld Hotels.

Megaworld Hotels also operates Savoy and Belmont brands.
