Miascor reached an amicable settlement with Jovenil Dela Cruz, a returning overseas worker whose bag was pilfered at Clark Airport and employees involved in the theft were terminated and charged criminally and administratively, the company said in a statement.

The Manila International Authority said Friday it was terminating its contract with Miascor and gave the company 60 days to wind down operations.
