With Christmas just around the corner, these Kapamilya actors reflect on their 2022 with gratitude.

In the video, some Kapamilya heartthrobs who participated in the 2022 ABS-CBN Christmas ID “Tayo Ang Ligaya Ng Isa’t Isa” reveal who or what makes them thankful.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been life-threatening and difficult, which is why Gerald Anderson all the more appreciates his family’s health, “Lalo na dahil sa pinagdaanan natin recently with the pandemic, health ang priority.”

Jameson Blake lost his stepfather last year but gained deeper connections with his family. He is grateful that he and his mom still have each other. He also celebrates the important role his handlers play in his career and personal life, “Throughout these past years, sila ‘yung nandiyan para sa akin, sila ‘yung nagsu-support sa akin. They are always there for me.”

Sam Milby took a moment to express gratitude to these people: his family, friends, and girlfriend Catriona Gray. For him, life lately is all about creating deeper connections with others.

It is said that life only becomes rich when you practice gratitude. We listen to Piolo Pascual thank the Lord for his life, the shower of blessings, work, and family, and we realize that we receive a great deal more than we give or lose. The Flower of Evil leading man is also grateful for his purpose in life “and being able to do it.”

Mars Ravelo’s Darna actor Joshua Garcia credits his friends for making his life more vibrant this year, “Sila ‘yung nandiyan para sa akin ngayong taon na ‘to at sila ‘yung nagbigay sa akin ng ligaya ngayong taon na ‘to.”
