Beauty queen and actress Priscilla Meirelles shared her future plans to focus more on herself and returning to the entertainment industry after her controversial "break" with estranged husband, actor John Estrada.

In a recent episode of Luis Manzano’s vlog, Luis Listens, the beauty queen got candid about what she felt now after more than two months of her and her husband's reported "separation."

“I’m very good. What I had to say, I said it. It’s done and over with and the only thing I say is good news,” Priscilla said.

“I have nothing to talk about anymore, what I have said, I said it in the past and that’s it,” she remarked.

She also shared how she would prioritize achieving more of her goals she previously put aside to be a hands-on mom to her family.

“I am focused on myself, on my family. I make sure I’m productive, I make sure I’m healthy and I make sure that I love myself."

Priscilla also revealed that her previous actions before were something that came from her pent-up emotions and that she decided to be vocal about what she had been going on.

“I'm the type of person, I’m very quiet. I’m very private, so I really don’t talk much, but it gets to a point where hindi mo na kaya. Tao lang ako so I try all kinds of ways of dealing with my problems, and then it got to a point na I started to be vocal na, may side din ako, so, dahil dyan siguro nagkaroon ng gulo,” she recalled.

She then shared what she had realized in her life after going through different challenges.

“Feeling ko dumadaan ako sa maraming realizations na iba yung gusto ko mangyari sa buhay ko ngayon. Marami akong natutunan, marami akong narealize,” the Brazilian-born actress told Luis.

“Number one is family is everything. For a long time, I felt like parang magisa ako sa Pilipinas, so being able to reconnect with them, to go back home, to reconnect with so many friends and to all the people who have been part of my journey,” she added. “At the end of the day you always go back to the family.”

Priscilla expressed how her faith had strengthened throughout the years and how she valued herself even more.

“Pangalawa, God is everything. Because I have God, I can never go wrong. Everything will just fall in the right place. Pangatlo, I really need to love yung sarili ko, self-love, because I’m the type of person I give and I give and I give and parang naubusan ako. There is nothing left for many years,” she continued.

“So this past year, narealize ko na I need to love myself first so I can love others better.”

With brighter plans ahead for herself, Priscilla revealed that she wanted to return to the entertainment industry with a confident self.

“I’m really planning to go back to showbiz. I’m so blessed to be managed now by Aguila (Entertainment),” she announced. “Gusto ko sana makita niyo ako ulit on TV and onscreen.”

She also reflected on how different she is now and how she is ready to pursue her career.

“When I started before on soap operas, I didn’t go on proper training pati yung Tagalog mahirap, but now I can say na kayang kaya na nang Tagalog ko,” she shared.

Priscilla went on: “Gusto ko sana mangyari, during the time when I do the soap operas, feeling ko hindi ko kaya na todong todo so feeling ko lumalabas yung craft ko and marami akong dinadaanan sa buhay ko so feeling ko makakaemote ako ng sobra.”
