Nation’s Girl Group BINI just dropped their music video for their latest single, "Cherry on Top," last July 11. The highly-anticipated music video showcased a new side of the OPM girl group as they danced to the bubblegum pop song.



The music video for "Cherry on Top" reached more than 800,000 views in less than two hours since it was uploaded on the official YouTube channel of BINI. It also became the number one on the list of Trending for music on the same platform.



Despite the song being entirely in English, "Cherry on Top" is sure to become another BINI hit song due to its addictive beats and lyrics. 


Meanwhile, the visuals of the music video symbolize the various sides of the BINI members. It also featured aspects of the Filipino culture as netizens pointed out after they watched the music video.


Fans took to their social media accounts to express how good the creative direction of "Cherry on Top" was. On X (formerly Twitter), BINI became the top trending topic on the platform with over 430,000 posts as of this writing.


“I love how they included these in the music video because hello? Filipino culture screaming,” a fan shared.


“Cherry on Top, I underestimated you because what the heck that was so good! (Especially Mikha [and] Gwen’s parts),” another fan added. 



"Cherry on Top" was composed by Boy Matthews, GG Ramirez, Shintaro Yasuda, and Skylar Mones. It is one of the songs that is set to be part of BINI’s upcoming album which has yet to be announced by ABS-CBN Music.


Meanwhile, BINI is set to hold another concert in the country–– this time at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. The Nation’s Girl Group will serenade and party with BLOOMs this coming October 4.
