Tawag ng Tanghalan Season 6 Grand Champion Lyka Estrella couldn’t contain her emotions as she announced her first-ever solo concert, set for December 20, at the Music Museum.

During a media conference, the singer opened up about the excitement and challenges she faced while preparing for this milestone event.

“Million yung kumakabog sa dibdib ko sa sobrang excited. First ever concert ko ito. Grabe yung masasabi ko. Sa opportunity na ito, hindi ko talaga sasayangin. Walang masasayang,” she expressed.

Lyka added, “Dati minamanifest ko lang po ito. Dati sinasabi ko, 'Ano kaya feeling na may concert?' Ayon po yung story behind.”

Despite feeling some pressure, Lyka assured her fans that she would give her best effort to deliver an unforgettable performance.

“Hindi ko po pepekein yung sarili ko. Nandoon po yung pressure pero sobrang naeexcite. Ayon po yung nangingibabaw sa akin kasi alam ko na maraming tao na naniniwala sa akin. It's my first ever concert kaya di talaga maiwasan mapressure,” Lyka told PUSH.

Lyka also teased the surprises fans can expect during the concert. “May mga magaganap na challenges. Para sa akin po, may magiibang Lyka po. Iba-iba (hindi lang po) yung maririnig niyong diva lang.”

She revealed that her special guest for the evening will be Tawag ng Tanghalan finalist Reiven Umali, with another surprise guest to be announced soon.

Fans can also look forward to an exclusive, unreleased song at the concert. Lyka also hinted at an upcoming EP, set to release after the concert.

“During the concert po mapapakinggan niyo po iyan. Ang tagal na po namin itong pinagdesisyunan yung EP album na iyon. For sure malalabas na po iyon after the concert pero may isang song po na sa concert lang mapapakinggan,” she shared.

When asked about advice she received from mentors and other OPM artists, Lyka shared that Tawag ng Tanghalan hurado Erik Santos encouraged her to be herself on stage.

“Sabi ni Sir Erik sa akin, maging ako lang daw. Hindi raw ako, kung parang nasa stage daw ako, walang magbaback out, hindi ako parang aattras. Sa sarili ko, dapat ipakita ko sa stage na iyon. Kada performance ko dapat ibibigay ko yung best shot,” she shared.

Reflecting on her musical journey, Lyka shared how she found her own style and music.

“Kasi before nagcocover po ako ng songs, ginagaya ko lang yung mga original singers. Parang hindi ko nakikita yung sarili ko, yung music ko, yung boses ko. Sabi ko gusto kong kumawala sa comfy space ko. Noong nag-TNT na ako, bakit kaya gawin ko itong kantang ito na talagang boses ko. Nagwork hard po talaga ako doon,” she said.

Lyka also revealed to PUSH how she developed her signature high notes, which have become a trademark of her singing.

“Pagdating po sa kanta, ang dami kong experience. Yung experience po nagbigay sa akin ng maraming aral para mag-evolve. Ang daming trainings din ako. Two years din.  Hindi lang siya basta vocal lessons, para siyang exposing different genres,” she said.

Lyka's solo concert is extra special as it coincides with her birthday week, and the proceeds from the show will be donated to the children of the Guanella Center.
