The couple exchanged vows in a scenic beach wedding that gathered their family, loved ones, and showbiz friends on Tuesday, May 2. Photos of their nuptials were shared online by Joross Gamboa, who worked with Cathy on films such as Hello, Love, Goodbye; A Very Special Love; and My Amnesia Girl.

Spotted in the photos were Alden Richards, who starred in Cathy’s blockbuster film Hello, Love, Goodbye, and Ian Veneracion, who worked with her on the 2013 series Got To Believe. Others were Janus del Prado, who was part of Cathy’s 2007 film One More Chance, and magician Jeffrey Tam who was also in Hello, Love Goodbye. Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo were present at the event as well.

In an interview with ABS-CBN’s MJ Felipe back in February, Cathy said she wasn’t planning on inviting her celebrity friends to her wedding, stressing that she wants it to be as serene and intimate as possible.
